Magnetite 2 liang (calcined over fire and quenched in vinegar 7 times), realgar half a liang.

Processing
Crush the two ingredients, place them in a sandbox, and seal it with salt mud. Heat over charcoal until uniformly red-hot; allow to cool, then remove and grind into a fine powder. Boil a pair of mutton kidneys in wine, chop them finely, and grind them until pulpy to extract the juice. Add a small amount of flour to form a paste, then roll into pills the size of a paulownia seed and air-dry.

Instructions for Use
