1 liang of oyster shell, a small amount of musk, 7 bluefish gallbladders, 7 carp gallbladders, 7 blue sheep gallbladders, 5 qian of ox gallbladder, and 1 fen of bear gallbladder.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, then form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using wheat flour paste.
