5 Lingzhi 3 qian (ground into an extremely fine powder), Baiwei 3 qian, Xixin 5 fen, Gusuibu 5 fen (each ground into a fine powder).

Benefits
Toothache caused by tooth decay. This occurs when excessive consumption of rich and sweet foods damages the teeth, resulting in a pain that comes and goes.
Instructions for Use
First, rinse the mouth thoroughly with boiling water until the teeth are clean. Then, mix 5 fen of the above powdered medicine with boiling water to form a thin paste. Rinse the mouth with this mixture for half a day; when short of breath, spit it out immediately. Repeat this process three times; the pain will subside, the toothworm will die, and the condition will never recur.
