Drug Formulation
5 liang of Sophora flavescens, 5 liang of Sichuan Phellodendron, 5 liang of tobacco gum, 1 liang of Trichosanthes seed, 1 liang of Cnidium monnieri, 1 liang of Sichuan red chili pepper, 1 liang of alum, 1 liang of calcined alum, 1 liang 5 qian of sulfur, 1 liang 5 qian of Trichosanthes seed oil, 1 liang 5 qian of white camphor, 1 liang of mercuric oxide, and 1 liang of realgar.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder. Mix thoroughly with Da Feng Zi oil, then blend well with lard. Wrap the mixture in a thin cloth, briefly soak it in boiling water until the medicine seeps through the fabric, and then apply it to the affected area.
