1 jin of Northern Schisandra berries (wash thoroughly and soak in water overnight).

Processing
Remove the seeds by hand, then wash them with warm water to extract the juice. Place the remaining schisandra berries in a sandpot, strain through a cloth, add 2 jin of high-quality winter honey, and simmer slowly over a charcoal fire until it becomes a paste. After several days, the fire’s harshness will have subsided.

Instructions for Use
Take 1–2 teaspoons per dose, mixed with hot water on an empty stomach. Since it is difficult to achieve the proper consistency, first weigh the earthenware pot to determine its capacity, then weigh the Schisandra juice and honey together; simmer until the mixture reduces to approximately 2 jin and 4 liang.
