Drug Formulation

Half a liang of Ma Ya Xiao (ground), 7 seeds of Ruiren (peeled and ground), 3–7 apricot kernels (peeled, tips and double kernels removed, roasted, and ground), 2 mung bean-sized pieces of Shidan (ground), half a fen of cuttlefish bone (without the shell, ground), 1 mung bean-sized piece of Chishizhi (ground), 1 fen of Huanglian (stems removed, ground into powder), 1 fen of Xiangdan (ground),10 pearls (wrapped in yellow clay, burned, clay removed, ground).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder and store in a porcelain jar.
