4 liang of Da Feng Rou, 4 liang of Tian Mian Ma (soaked in wine), 4 liang of Sichuan Fangfeng (stem removed), 4 liang of Han Fangji, 4 liang of Xiang Bai Zhi (soaked in wine), 2 liang of Du Huo, 2 liang of Perilla and Peppermint, 3 liang of whole scorpions (washed to remove salt and legs), 6 liang of stiffened silkworm pupae (roasted, legs removed), 6 liang of cicada slough (legs removed),Golden-headed centipede (roasted, head and legs removed) 2 liang, Qi snake 8 liang (soaked in wine, baked), Sichuan tortoise shell 2 liang (charred), Dog’s-back 4 liang (hairs removed, soaked in wine), White chrysanthemum flowers 4 liang, Large He Shou Wu 4 liang (avoid contact with iron), Sichuan angelica 6 liang (soaked in wine), High-quality kudzu root (cleaned) 4 liang,Large Sichuan Ligusticum 1 liang, Red Peony Root 6 liang, Gardenia Seed 2 liang (roasted), Forsythia Fruit (cleaned) 2 liang, White Perilla 2 liang.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, then form into pills the size of a tung tree seed using a wine paste.

Instructions for Use
Take 70–80 pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with wine. Take another dose before bedtime.
Note
Avoid anger, sexual activity, greasy foods, fried or stir-fried dishes, chicken, fish, shrimp, crab, taro, Chinese yam, fish in wine lees, meat, goose, and raw or cold foods; in spring, avoid sour foods; in winter, avoid cold foods; however, during the winter months, one must not sit near a fire.It is advisable to sit quietly in a warm, clean room; moderate your diet and dispel distracting thoughts.
