4 liang of white alum (calcined to ash), 4 liang of white cinnabar, 4 liang of cinnabar (finely ground), and 4 liang of magnetite (finely pounded, ground, and washed with water).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed using pine resin.

Instructions for Use

Take 4 pills at a time, swallowed at dawn. Continue for 100 days, and you will be able to wear heavy clothing in summer and light clothing in winter.
