Cut the paper to a size appropriate for the affected area. First, wash the sore with warm water, then apply the medicated side of the paper directly to the sore and secure it with a silk bandage. Change the dressing once every three days. If no fluid oozes from the sore after application, there is no need to change the dressing; it will heal on its own.
