Instructions for Use

Adjust the formula according to the specific condition. Use 1 liang of each herb; decoct with 2 bowls of water. Pour the warm decoction into a bottle and use it for washing the affected area. For severe injuries affecting the entire body, in a small, draft-free room, first heat several large bricks over a fire until they are red-hot. Begin by steaming and washing the affected area with the hot herbal decoction. Once the patient’s breath feels warm, use the red-hot bricks to rotate around the body, drawing out the medicinal vapors to generate heat. It is ideal to induce a light sweat.
