Instructions for Use
Place the ingredients in a sand mortar, pound them until they form a paste, and shape into small cakes, each about 3 qian in size. Take a large jar; first fill it with hot ash, then place the cakes on top of the hot ash and burn them until smoke rises. Sit on the jar to inhale the fumes.
