Prepared Chinese yam (shan yao) 1.5 liang, Achyranthes root (niuxi) (stems removed, roasted) 1.5 liang, Cornus fruit (shanzhuyu) (washed with water, pitted) 1.5 liang, Poria cocos (bai fuling) 1.5 liang, Imported anise (fengxiang) (roasted) 1.5 liang, Dodder seed (tusi zi) (soaked in wine, roasted, ground) 1 liang, Dipsacus root (xuduan) (root base removed) 1 liang.
