Formulas Name : Ginseng Taiyi Pill

Chinese Name : 人参太乙丹

Drug Formulation

Half liang of ginseng, half liang of jujube seeds (roasted), half liang of gardenia seeds, half liang of donkey-hide gelatin (roasted until dry), 1 liang of licorice (lightly roasted), 1 liang of Tiannanxing (processed with ox bile), 1 fen of Xuanjing Stone (ground), 1 fen of musk (ground), 1 fen of borneol (ground), and 3 liang of cinnabar (ground).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of small marbles, and coat them with gold leaf.
