Drug Formulation

1 crow (with beak and feet removed), 1 fox liver (place both in a jar, seal tightly with fine clay, allow to dry, then roast until slightly reddish; remove from heat, bury the jar in soil to cool, then extract the contents, pound, sift, and grind into a fine powder; mix with the following ingredients): half liang of Gastrodia elata,half liang of white aconite root (roasted until cracked), half liang of Tiannanxing (roasted until cracked), half liang of white silkworm pupae (lightly roasted), half liang of mulberry cuttlefish bone (lightly roasted), half liang of sweet chrysanthemum flowers, and 1 fen of musk (finely ground).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a powder, add the previously charred medicinal powder and musk, and grind again until uniform.
