Processing

Place all the above herbs along with a quartz stone bag inside the pork stomach, tie the opening tightly to prevent air from escaping or water from entering. Boil in 2 dou of water until reduced to 8 sheng, then stop. Place the herb-filled stomach on a plate to cool; do not cut it open while hot (as the juices may leak out). First remove the quartz stone bag, then use the broth from boiling the stomach to make a soup and consume it.

Instructions for Use

Take this formula three times a year. For each dose, use the same amount of quartz as before, but replace the remaining herbs. The dosage ratio follows the original method. Take a break of 1–2 days between doses, during which time consume wood ear mushrooms and bamboo shoots. For those under 40 years of age, take 2 da liang; for those between 40 and 50, and those 60 and older, add 2 liang. This is for regular use.For those taking this formula after April, because quartz has a heavy nature, if its potency manifests after two months of use, it will align with the energy of autumn. The quartz’s energy will then descend into the five viscera, strengthening the lower back and kidneys, ensuring the condition will never recur.
