Drug Formulation
1 liang of Ren Zhong Huang, 1 liang of black plum pulp, 1 liang of Poria Sclerotium, 1 liang of Coptis chinensis, 1 liang of Schisandra berries, 3 qian of Acorus tatarinowii, 3 qian of cinnabar, 3 qian of realgar, 3 qian of Polygala root, 3 qian of sodium carbonate, 1 qian of ox bile, 1 qian of borneol, and 20 sheets of gold leaf (as a coating).

Processing
Grind each of the above herbs into a fine powder, measure them according to the specified quantities, and combine them in a mortar. Grind them together for a thousand turns. On the Dragon Boat Festival, the Seventh Night of the Seventh Month, or on auspicious days during the solstices and equinoxes, in a clean room, first pound the black plum and rehmannia pastes until extremely smooth, then mix them with the herbal powder. Gradually add a small amount of refined honey, continuing to pound slowly until the mixture reaches the right consistency. For every 1 liang of the mixture, form 10 pills and coat them with gold leaf.

Instructions for Use
