Mica and Ligusticum Powder，*Qianjin*, Volume 4.，Internal injury manifesting as five types of uterine bleeding and emaciation; coughing, shortness of breath, restlessness, and fullness in the chest; pain beneath the heart; facial sores; lower back pain preventing bending forward or backward; swelling in the genital area resembling a sore; itching of the pubic region; pain radiating to the reproductive organs; difficulty urinating; constant stiffness; dizziness; stiffness and pain in the neck; heat in the hands and feet; counterflow of qi with a sense of urgency;restlessness preventing sleep, acute abdominal pain, inability to eat, sour regurgitation and bitter belching, rumbling in the upper and lower intestines, and vaginal discharge of red, white, blue, yellow, or black fluid with a foul odor, resembling glue staining clothing; when affected by cold, white discharge occurs; when affected by heat, red discharge occurs; after drinking excessively, black discharge occurs; after eating excessively, yellow discharge occurs; after taking excessive medication, blue discharge occurs; symptoms may be triggered by joy or anger, constant fear in the heart, or worry and overwork; the patient has a strong aversion to wind and cold.

Drug Formulation
1 liang of Mica, 1 liang of Chuanxiong, 1 liang of Daizhe, 1 liang of Dongmenbianmu (charred), 6 zhu of White Stiff Silkworm, 6 zhu of Cuttlefish Bone, 6 zhu of White Chalk, 6 zhu of Hedgehog Skin,18 pieces of softshell turtle shell (one version uses tortoise shell), 18 pieces of Cinnamomum cassia bark, 18 pieces of Fuluo liver, 18 pieces of raw carp head (one formula includes dragon bone and dried kudzu).

Instructions for Use
Take one fangcun bi per dose, washed down with wine; take three times a day and once at night.
