Drug Formulation
Processed White Aconite Root, Wood Fragrance, Nutmeg (peeled), Pig’s Tooth Soapberry (peeled, raw), Platycodon, Evodia (fried with wheat bran), Cinnamon Bark (inner bark only), Rhubarb (raw), Ligusticum (cleaned), Anemarrhena, Poria, Angelica,2 betel nuts (one raw, one roasted), croton seeds (peeled, soaked in fresh water daily for 14 days, then boiled in wheat bran water for 1 day, and finely ground), white wild sesame (kernels only), peony root, 2 fen of white silkworm pupae (straight ones), and 2 liang of Coptis (cleaned).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Place the ground Croton seeds in a mortar and grind until uniform, then transfer to a porcelain container, seal tightly, and let stand for 7 days.

Instructions for Use
Take 1 zi per dose, and administer with the following decoctions: for sudden stroke, take with sheep’s marrow wine; for vertigo, take with chrysanthemum wine; for hematuria, take with rhubarb decoction;pain in the lower back and knees: take with vinegar broth; hemoptysis: take with bamboo shavings decoction; intestinal wind: mix the natural juice of the “Back Yin Fanliu” herb with hot wine, and also mix oak leaf ash with wine to take; pinworms: first eat dried beef, then take with Wu Yi decoction; cholera with vomiting and diarrhea: take with freshly drawn well water; pulmonary asthma: take with apricot kernel decoction;All childhood illnesses: take with rice porridge; for a child’s nasal congestion: take with honey water; for a child who has accidentally swallowed a coin: take with talcum powder decoction; for a child with “heavenly fishing wind” (a type of convulsive disorder): mix the ash of a cicada shell with urine and take the mixture.
