Instructions for Use

Take 2 qian per dose. Boil with 1 zhan of water, 2 jujubes, 3 slices of fresh ginger, and 3 cun of scallion whites until reduced to 6 fen. Take while hot. Cover yourself with a blanket; after walking 5–6 li, take another dose. Recovery occurs once sweating begins.
