Drug Formulation
Tiannanxing (soaked in hot water 7 times), Banxia (processed as above), Chuanwu (raw, with skin and pith removed), Chuanxiang, and Bai Zhi—each in equal parts.

Benefits
For chronic or recent cases of head wind: upon onset, there is numbness, stiffness, tingling, and itching so severe that scratching is unbearable; or for swollen lumps and scrofula; phlegm accumulation causing vomiting; inability to retain food; and wind-phlegm headaches.
Instructions for Use
Take 7 or 10 qian per dose; boil with one and a half bowls of water until reduced to one bowl; add half a bowl of fresh ginger juice; boil again until reduced to eight-tenths of a bowl; take while hot. The decoction is slightly black and difficult to swallow, but one must force oneself to take 2–3 doses.
Note
Avoid sexual intercourse.
