Instructions for Use

Boil in 1 dou of water until reduced by 3 sheng; strain out the residue. Place the liquid in a copper vessel over the hot water and simmer over low heat until it reaches a consistency suitable for making pills. Strong patients may swallow it all at once; frail patients may take it in smaller doses. Afterward, nourish the body with mutton or duck meat porridge.
