Achyranthes root (washed and sliced) half jin, burdock root (washed and sliced) half jin, hemp seeds 1 sheng (washed and stir-fried), goji berries (washed) 1 he, Atractylodes (washed and sliced) 1 jin, burdock seeds (washed and stir-fried) 1 liang,silkworm sand (washed and roasted) 1 liang, Gentiana macrophylla (washed and sliced) 1 liang, Notopterygium incisum (stem removed, washed, and sliced) 1 liang, Saposhnikovia divaricata (washed and sliced) 1 liang, Platycodon grandiflorus (stem removed, washed, and sliced) 1 liang.
