Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take one slice of aged ginger, pound it into a paste, and extract the juice. Mix the powdered medicine thoroughly with the ginger juice. Place the mixture in a lidded teacup, seal it tightly, and steam it over water for about one hour. Remove it, mix it evenly with 10 liang of cured tobacco, and leave it in a well-ventilated area to air-dry until 70–80 percent dry (do not let it dry too much, as it may become brittle). Store it in a tobacco tin for future use.
