Formulas Name : Instant Relief from All Poisons

Chinese Name : 诸毒一笔消

Drug Formulation

1 teacup of sodium carbonate, 1 liang of mineral ash (i.e., aged lime), 7 qian of Sichuan pangolin scales (with tendons removed), 1 liang of gambier, 1 liang of rhubarb (powdered), 5 qian of dragon’s blood (finely ground), 3 qian of realgar, 1 xian 5 fen of toad venom, and 1 qian of musk.

Processing

First, dissolve the slaked lime and pangolin scales in the sodium hydroxide for 7 days. Next, add the gambier, rhubarb, dragon’s blood, realgar (grinding and adding as you go), toad venom (dissolved in milk and then added), and musk, mixing thoroughly until the consistency resembles a thin paste.

Instructions for Use

Dilute with well water, then use a new brush to apply in circular motions, ensuring full coverage of the affected area. Prepare the medicine immediately before use; do not store it for several days.
