Drug Formulation

4 liang of freshly harvested Clematis root (pounded to extract juice; from plants that flower in April–May), 4 liang of fresh ginger (pounded to extract juice), 2 liang of pure sesame oil, and 4 liang of white sand honey (boiled until foamy, then skimmed to remove the foam).

Instructions for Use

Combine all ingredients in a silver or stone vessel, stir well, and simmer over low heat until the mixture reaches the consistency of malt syrup; consume small amounts with chopsticks as needed. If the condition is not cured after one dose, take another dose.
