Drug Formulation

Barley bran (roasted until golden) 1 liang, Atractylodes macrocephala 1.5 liang, Ginseng 1.5 liang, Fructus Aurantii (pulp removed, roasted with wheat bran) 1 liang, Areca nut (chopped) 1 liang, Pinellia ternata (washed 7 times in boiling water, then dried) 1 liang, Aged tangerine peel (soaked in boiling water, white pith removed, then dried) 1 liang,Coix Seed (roasted) 1 liang, Dried Ginger (roasted) 1 liang, Rhubarb (finely chopped, stir-fried with vinegar) 1 liang, Magnolia Bark (rough outer bark removed, roasted with ginger juice) 1 liang, Licorice (roasted) 3 fen.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.
