Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; scrape off the thorns from the golden rose hips with a bamboo knife, split them open to remove the seeds, steam them to extract a concentrated juice, mix with the powder to form a paste, and roll into pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 50–60 pills per dose, washed down with salted water.
