Drug Formulation

1 sheng of mulberry bark (sliced), 3 sheng of lycium bark (sliced) (decoct these two ingredients in 7 sheng of water until reduced; strain to obtain 3 sheng of clear liquid, discarding the residue), 5 sheng of raw rehmannia juice, 2 sheng of raw ophiopogon juice, 1 sheng of fresh ginger juice, 3 sheng of bamboo sap, 3 sheng of raw kudzu root juice, 1 sheng of white honey, 3 he of clarified butter, and 1 sheng of jujube paste.

Processing

Take the ingredients listed from the Raw Rehmannia root juice downward through the Raw Pueraria root juice upward. Simmer them together over low heat until the volume is reduced by half. Add the juices of the Mulberry Bark and the other two ingredients and continue simmering until the volume is reduced by one-third. Add the clarified butter, honey, and jujube paste, stirring continuously without stopping until the mixture reaches the consistency of thick malt syrup. Transfer to a separate container for storage.

Instructions for Use

Take a piece the size of a walnut and hold it in the mouth before bedtime, swallowing the saliva slowly; gradually increase the amount to the size of a chicken egg. It may also be taken during the day.
