Processing
First, place 1 jin of genuine sesame oil in a pot and simmer the aforementioned herbs until they turn to ash. Strain out the residue, then simmer over low heat until the mixture does not disperse when a drop of water is added. Only then add 8 liang of realcinnabar and continue simmering until a drop of water forms a bead;Then take 5 qian each of Aloe, Asafoetida, Borax, Calcium Carbonate, and Safflower Seeds, 3 qian of Realgar, and 1 qian of Musk; grind them into a fine powder, mix thoroughly into the mixture without boiling, and spread it into a plaster.

Instructions for Use
Before applying, wash the skin with a solution of Pi Xiao; then apply the ointment to the mass. After 2–3 days, the patient will experience sudden, severe abdominal pain. Itching will occur on the 4th–5th day, and the presence of pus and blood in the stool is a sign that the treatment is working.
