Formulas Name : Large Pinellia Pills
Chinese Name : 大半夏丸
Drug Formulation
4 liang of Pinellia (washed in boiling water 7 times to remove slipperiness, roasted until dry, and ground into powder), 3 liang of ginger (finely grated), 3 liang of honey, 2 liang of Qingzhou jujubes (boiled separately to extract the flesh; remove skin and pits; combine with ginger, honey, and Pinellia powder in a silver or stone vessel and simmer until the consistency is just right), half a liang of Wood Fragrance, half a liang of Agarwood,half liang of green tangerine peel (soaked in hot water to remove the white pith, then baked), half liang of white atractylodes, half liang of aged tangerine peel (soaked in hot water to remove the white pith, then baked), half liang of dried ginger (roasted), half liang of aconite root (roasted and split, with skin and navel removed), half liang of cardamom (shell removed), and half liang of red cardamom.

Processing
Take the above 13 ingredients; grind all except the first 4 into a fine powder, mix thoroughly with Pinellia paste, and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 10 pills per dose, washed down with a decoction of dried ginger and jujubes taken on an empty stomach. Increase the dose to 15 pills.
