Instructions for Use
Combine the three ingredients with 3 sheng of water. First, boil the licorice root until reduced to 2 sheng; strain out the residue. Add the starch and honey, stir until well blended, and simmer until it reaches the consistency of thin porridge. Take 1 sheng while warm; stop once cured.
