Processing
The above herbs must not come into contact with iron; grind them into a fine powder. Mix with glutinous rice flour and clear wine to form a paste, then shape into pills the size of a tung tree seed.
Instructions for Use
Take 2–3 qian per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with salted water, warm wine, or rice drink. This formula is most suitable for regular use by middle-aged adults.
Note
Avoid scallions, garlic, radishes, and vinegar; alcohol and sexual activity should also be moderated.
