30 qian of Smilax glabra, 1 qian of licorice.

Instructions for Use

Boil with 1 sheng of water until reduced to 5 he; then add another 1 sheng and 2 he of water and boil until reduced to 3.5 he. Mix this with the previous decoction and consume the entire amount in one day. Do not consume any other soups, water, tea, or alcohol.

Note

Avoid seafood, roasted or pickled foods, salted foods, and sexual activity.
