Drug Formulation
3 liang of sulfur (finely ground), 3 liang of realgar (finely ground), 3 liang of cinnabar (finely ground), 4 liang of aconite root (raw, with skin and pith removed), 4 liang of aconite tuber (raw, with skin and pith removed), 3 liang of ginseng (with root tip removed), 3 liang of angelica root, 3 liang of asarum root, 3 liang of saposhnikovia root (with root tip removed), 2 liang of white angelica root,3 liang of cinnamon bark, 3 liang of dried ginger, 3 liang of ligusticum root, 3 liang of Sichuan pepper (with seeds and closed pods removed), 3 liang of duhuo, 3 liang of acorus rhizome, 3 liang of Sichuan rhubarb, 3 liang of gao ben, 3 liang of white atractylodes, 3 liang of evodia, and half a jin of pine resin (added later).

Processing
Finely chop the ingredients and soak them in wine for one fu time. Then, take half a jin of raw Rehmannia root, pound it, and squeeze out the juice. Combine this with the other ingredients in pork lard and simmer over low heat until the medicinal flavors are fully extracted. Filter through cotton to remove the residue. Add pine resin, realgar, sulfur, cinnabar, and other ingredients, then stir continuously with a willow branch until the mixture solidifies into a paste. Store in a porcelain jar.

Instructions for Use
For internal ailments, take a dose the size of a marble with wine; for external ailments, take a dose the size of a marble, heat it over a flame, and rub it into the affected area with your hands.
