Drug Formulation
1 liang of white peony root, 1 liang of angelica root, 3 qian of rhubarb, 5 qian of plantain seed, 2 qian of areca nut, and 3 qian of radish seed.

Benefits
Dysentery caused by damp-heat, with intense thirst and a constant urge to drink; yet drinking does not bring much relief, accompanied by a sense of vexation, scanty urination, and stools that are a mixture of red and white—resembling pus but not pus, resembling blood but not blood.
Instructions for Use
Decoct in water and take orally. After one dose, the pus and blood will decrease; after two doses, the mental distress will subside; after three doses, the thirst will be relieved, and the dysentery will cease immediately.
