Drug Formulation

Clove 1 qian, Agastache leaf 1 qian, Wood Fragrance 1 qian, Poria 1 qian, Cinnamon Bark (peeled) 1 qian, Blue Celestite 1 qian, Red Ocher 1 qian, Croton Seed 2–7 seeds (large ones; remove peel and inner membrane; press on paper to remove oil).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, then form into pills the size of a mustard seed using wine paste.

Instructions for Use

For a 1-year-old, administer 2 pills before meals with ginger decoction or Agastache decoction; the child must not eat anything else and breastfeeding should be temporarily suspended to prevent further vomiting due to excessive milk intake. For diarrhea caused by indigestion, administer 5–7 pills to expel undigested food; subsequently, administer the Yizhong Ointment.
