Drug Formulation

Several 10 jin of fresh monkey ginger (remove hair, wash thoroughly, thoroughly dry, pound into a paste, and extract the juice for later use); 1 jin 2 liang of Polygala root (select plump and large pieces; soak in a decoction of 4 liang of licorice, then sun-dry; mix thoroughly with the monkey ginger juice, sun-dry again; repeat this process of mixing and sun-drying several 10 times until the Polygala root reaches 2 jin 4 liang);3 jin of fresh He Shou Wu (sliced with a bamboo knife, sun-dried, mixed with concentrated black soybean juice and steamed, sun-dried, then mixed and sun-dried again, repeating until the center of the He Shou Wu is thoroughly black), 1 jin of Psoralea corylifolia (mixed thoroughly with 1 liang of rock salt and water, then stir-fried until dry), 1 jin of Acorus tatarinowii (mixed thoroughly with honey wine, then stir-fried until dry), and 1 jin of Goji berries (stir-fried with honey wine).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using the flesh of black dates.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose, washed down with salted water in the morning and evening.
