1 liang of areca nut, 1 liang of fried trichosanthes peel, 1 liang of soapberry, 1 liang of rhubarb (raw or cooked), and 1 liang of pharbitis (raw or cooked).

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, add a few drops of water to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 50 pills per dose; for severe conditions, increase to 100 pills. For headaches and brain pain, take with a decoction of Chuanxiong and Bohe; for ringing in the ears and redness and swelling of the cheeks, take with a decoction of Jingjie Su;for swollen and inflamed gums and unbearable toothache, take 100 pills with a decoction of Asarum; for a swollen and sore throat, take with a decoction of Platycodon and Licorice; for itchy hives all over the body, erysipelas, red, swollen tumors, or sores resulting from scratching, take with a decoction of Sichuan Cimicifuga;For fullness, oppression, and pain in the chest and heart region due to phlegm-dampness and cold stagnation, prepare a decoction of Zhi Shi and Ban Xia and take the pills with it; for pain in the flanks radiating to the back, prepare a decoction of Mu Dan Pi and take the pills with it; for masses, accumulations, and painful lumps caused by stagnation, prepare a decoction of E Zhu and Gan Cao and take the pills with it;For bloody or white diarrhea, tenesmus, and lower abdominal pain, take 100 pills with a decoction of Glycyrrhiza; if there is no tenesmus, take only 50 pills; for intestinal wind, hemorrhoids, and anal fistulas with anal pain, crush Soapberry Tortoise Shell, prepare a decoction, and take the pills with it; for heavy, stagnant lower back pain that prevents turning over, and pain in the feet and knees, take 100 pills with a decoction of Cinnamomum cassia and Achyranthes root;For swelling and distension of the head, face, hands, feet, and abdomen, take a decoction of mulberry root bark; for shortness of breath and wheezing, with inability to sleep day or night, take a decoction made from sweet shepherd’s purse seeds that have been stir-fried through paper; for a stillbirth or retained placenta after delivery, take a decoction of cassia bark, add a small amount of musk and half a cup of ash-free wine, and take the mixture together;For pain from traumatic injuries with internal bleeding, and pain in the limbs and abdomen, take Safflower and Chinese Angelica decocted in one bowl of wine; for undigested food, vomiting, belching, and acid regurgitation, take Cloves decocted in water; for various types of parasitic pain in adults and children, first eat several pieces of roasted meat at the beginning of the lunar month, then take a decoction of Chinese Toon Root and Evodia Fruit;For women with amenorrhea and abdominal pain, take a decoction of red peony root; for sudden onset of chest pain, take a decoction of galangal; for abdominal distension, loss of appetite, and progressive weight loss, take a decoction of roasted aged radish seeds; for poisoning from accidentally consuming beef or horse meat, take a decoction of asafoetida; for poisoning from flour or alcohol, accompanied by fever throughout the body, take a decoction of dried kudzu root.
