3 jin of processed Polygonum multiflorum, 1 jin of Codonopsis pilosula, 1 jin of mulberry leaves (steamed with wine), 1 jin of black sesame seeds, 10 liang of Ligustrum lucidum, 10 liang of Tribulus terrestris, 10 liang of Chuzhou chrysanthemum, 10 liang of Lycium barbarum, 8 liang of prepared Rehmannia glutinosa, 5 liang of Angelica sinensis,5 liang of Achyranthes root, 2 liang 5 qian of Poria, 2 liang of Ophiopogon, 2 liang of Schisandra, 2 liang of Mongolian flower, 1 liang of Moonstone, 1 liang of Cicada Shed, 1 liang of Oyster Shell, and 1 liang of Cassia Seed.
