Drug Formulation
3 liang of Scrophularia root, 2 liang of Ophiopogon tuber, 1 liang of raw licorice root, 3 qian of raw cinnabar powder, 5 qian of Platycodon root, 3 liang of honeysuckle flower, and 3 qian of Trichosanthes root.

Benefits
When syphilitic sores appear all over the body due to accidental ingestion of mercury carbonate, the sores may temporarily subside but the toxin remains hidden internally, inevitably leading to external ulceration. Soon afterward, the toxin manifests in the nose, accompanied by a foul odor emanating from the nasal passages. By the second day, the nose turns black, and the sense of smell is lost.
Instructions for Use
Decoct in water, mix with the cinnabar powder, and take orally. After one dose, the sense of smell returned; after taking four consecutive doses, the black discoloration of the nose disappeared, and there was no longer any need to worry about the nasal bridge rotting away. Additionally, use the “Complete Nose Powder.”
