Sichuan Achyranthes and Wilfordia, each in equal parts.

*Gujin Yijian* (A Mirror of Medicine Through the Ages), Volume 10.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Benefits

For swelling, pain, and stiffness in the legs.

Instructions for Use

Take 50 pills per dose on an empty stomach with wine; plain boiling water may also be used.

Note

Avoid tea.
