Ophiopogon tuber 10 fen (core removed), Sichuan pepper 4 fen (sweated), Polygala root bark 6 fen, Aconite root (roasted) 6 fen, Asarum root 6 fen, Licorice root 10 fen (roasted), Dried ginger 5 fen, Cinnamon bark 5 fen, Ginseng 5 fen, Stemona root 5 fen, Atractylodes rhizome 5 fen, Astragalus root 5 fen, Apricot kernels 40 pieces (roasted; remove skin, tips, and double kernels).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder and form into pills the size of a marble using white honey.
