10 liang of Sea-grape, 9 liang of Achyranthes root, 7 liang of paper mulberry seeds, 6 liang of Trifoliate orange peel, 5 liang of Frankincense, 4 liang of Peony root, and 8 liang of Cinnamon bark.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
