Drug Formulation

1 liang of peony root, 1 liang of rhubarb, 1 liang of astragalus, 1 liang of angelica pubescens (with root tip removed), 1 liang of angelica dahurica, 1 liang of angelica sinensis, 3 liang of leek whites, 1.5 liang of raw rehmannia (crushed), and 1.5 jin of lard.

Processing

Finely chop the ingredients. First, heat the lard until it boils, then add the herbs and simmer until the Angelica dahurica turns reddish-black. Filter through cotton to remove the residue.

Instructions for Use

Apply a small amount to the affected area 3–5 times daily.
