Instructions for Use
Wash it thoroughly; stuff 3 fen of cinnabar and one Sichuan pepper per year into the lung. Drill seven holes in the lung and place one peach kernel in each hole. Place it in a clay pot and simmer until the natural juices are released—do not add water. Consume the entire lung, including the juices.
