Drug Formulation

Coptis (stems removed), 2 liang (lightly roasted); Green tangerine peel (white pith removed), 2 liang; Wood Fragrance, 2 liang; Barley sprouts (lightly roasted), 1 liang; Chinese toon fruit pulp (roasted until yellow), 1 liang; Shenqu (roasted until yellow), 1 liang; Coriander seeds (ground), 1 liang.

Processing

Grind the first six ingredients into a fine powder; then add the ground Wu-yi seeds and mix thoroughly. Form into pills the size of a millet grain using steamed buns and pig bile as binders.
