Formulas Name : Pimpinella Decoction

Chinese Name : 葶苈煎

Drug Formulation

2 liang of sweet shepherd’s purse, 1 liang of Sichuan芒消, 2.5 liang of pepper seeds, 1 liang of mercury (ground to a fine powder with a small amount of jujube pulp), 1 liang of Stephania root, and 1 liang of sea clam.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Benefits

Stone Water. Hard, gradually enlarging abdomen; swelling and distension of the limbs.

Instructions for Use

Take 30 pills at a time, washed down with rice water, at any time of day.
