Drug Formulation

4 liang of Poria cocos, 4 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala (soaked in rice wash), 4 liang of lotus seed, 2 liang of Schisandra chinensis (decocted in wine), 2 liang of Chinese yam, 3 liang of Eucommia ulmoides (decocted in wine), 7 qian of licorice (roasted), 11 liang of dodder seed (rinsed thoroughly with clean water, soaked in aged wine for one day, simmered over low heat until extremely soft, pounded into cakes, baked dry, and ground into powder).
