Drug Formulation

3 fen of Songluo, 1 liang of Hengshan, 3 fen of licorice (lightly roasted until reddish, coarsely chopped).

Benefits

For pediatric malaria characterized by phlegm and saliva in the chest and diaphragm, with intermittent chills and fever.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 qian per dose; decoct in 1 small cup of water until reduced to 5 fen; strain and take while warm. Vomiting indicates the formula is effective; if vomiting does not occur, take another dose.
