Qianhu 3 liang, Atractylodes macrocephala 3 liang, Poria cocos (red) 3 liang, Zhi Shi (roasted) 3 liang, Asarum 3 liang, Inula flower 3 liang, Gentiana 3 liang, Apricot kernels (with skin and tip removed, double kernels) 3 liang, Changshan 3 liang, Pteridium 3 liang, Bamboo leaves (sliced) 1 sheng.

Instructions for Use

Boil with 1 dou of water until reduced to 3 sheng; strain out the residue and divide into 3 doses.

Note

Avoid vinegar-based foods, peaches, plums, sparrow meat, raw scallions, and raw vegetables.
